Supported Learning

Welcome to Supported Learning

We offer an exciting range of courses for learners aged 25 and over who have learning difficulties and/or disabilities. Our courses will help you develop a range of skills, as well as improve your confidence and give you the opportunity to meet new friends.

Our 10-week courses are taught in small groups so you receive the support and attention you need to thrive.

Your progress will be assessed by your tutor to ensure we record your progress in a personalised learning plan (ILP). This plan will help you work towards new opportunities, like moving on to main college courses, supported work experience, and enhancing your wellbeing.

We’ll also help you develop important life and work skills, including communication, problem-solving, and time management.

How do I enrol?

Before you enrol onto courses with us, you will need to come and meet our team, so we can assess your needs and ensure we have the right support in place for you. This may include in-class support and workshops, as well as accessibility and practical adjustments.

To arrange the meeting, please call 020 7255 4752 or email learnerservices@wmcollege.ac.uk
