Making a Complaint

If you are unhappy about any aspect of your experience at WM College we would always recommend you discuss any concerns you have with your tutor in the first instance.  If this is not possible, or your complaint is more general, please complete the feedback form above and we will follow up your concerns directly. If we are unable to satisfy your complaint then we would move into the formal complaints process outlined in our policy below.
