Certificates arrive anywhere between 6 weeks to 6 months after you have completed the course. Once the college has received the certificate from the awarding organisation, the Exams Team will contact you about coming to the college to collect them.
If for any reason you cannot collect your certificate, you should get in touch with our Exams Department via: exams@wmcollege.ac.uk. We may be able to arrange another way of getting the certificate to you.
Note: Certificates will be kept at the college for a minimum period of 18 months before they are destroyed. It is the learner’s responsibility to ensure they have collected their certificate.
The Replacement Certificate Policy explains the costs for ordering a replacement and how the college may be able to help with paying for a replacement certificate.
