Certificates arrive anywhere between a few weeks to months after you have completed the course. Once the college has received the certificate from the awarding organisation, we will get in touch with you about coming to the college to collect it.
If for any reason you cannot collect your certificate, you should get in touch with our Exams Department via: firstname.lastname@example.org. We may be able to arrange another way of getting the certificate to you.
Note: certificates will be kept at the college for a minimum period of 18 months before they are destroyed. After this, you will be need to pay for a replacement. It is the learner’s responsibility to ensure they have collected their certificate.
