Course Guide 2022/23
|
Once you have chosen your course(s), you will need to enrol. This is the stage where we collect all of your personal information and confirm the fee.
More information on eligibility and fees for our courses, including the benefits we can accept for a fee reduction, the evidence requirements and financial support we are able to offer can be found on here on our Fees and Finance page.
We would advise you to enrol early as some of our popular courses fill up quickly. We do have waiting lists but spaces do not always become available in time for you to join the course. We therefore suggest that you do not wait until the first day of the course to enrol. Please also note that during certain times of the year, enrolment will be very busy so please allow extra time for us to process your enrolment.
You can enrol either or online or in person.
Online
You can enrol for most courses online and where this is not possible, such as where you need to complete a pre-course assessment, the system will tell you what the next steps are.
Where a fee is payable you will be asked to use Worldpay to make your payment.
In some cases you may be asked to contact the College to complete your enrolment.
You will receive an email confirmation of your enrolment and a payment receipt.
In Person
If you are unable to enrol online, you may enrol in person at our main building on Crowndale Road and at our site in Kentish Town. For more information on enrolment contact our Learner Services team and you can do this by email: learnerservices@wmcollege.ac.uk, telephone: 020 7255 4700 or via the live chat option on the website. They will provide you with all the support you need.
For more information about how to find us and our opening hours please go to our contact page.
Please see our payment section for more information on what you will need to bring with you.
Once your enrolment is processed, we will take your photograph and issue you with an ID card, which you will need to wear at all times when you are in the College. If you enrol online, you will need to visit the College on or before the date of your first class to collect your ID card. Please allow 30 minutes before the start of your course for us to produce your ID card, which you must wear at all times when on site. Coming in early will help avoid any last-minute queues and avoid being late for your first class
If you require more information, please contact our Learner Services team by email at learnerservices@wmcollege.ac.uk or by telephone on: 020 7255 4700.
