Please note, all of our courses are available for adults aged 19 on 31 August 2020 and over.
We are able to accept learners aged 18 and over on the UAL Foundation Diploma in Art & Design only.
Once you have chosen your course(s), you will need to enrol. This is the stage where we collect all of your personal information and confirm the fee.
More information on our fees, including the benefits we can accept for a fee reduction, the evidence requirements and financial support we are able to offer can be found on here on our course fees page.
We would advise you to enrol early as some of our popular courses fill up quickly. We do have waiting lists but spaces do not always become available in time for you to join the course. We therefore suggest that you do not wait until the first day of the course to enrol. Please also note that during certain times of the year, enrolment will be very busy so please allow extra time for us to process your enrolment.
You can enrol either or online or in person.
While we are following government guidelines around social distancing, we will be asking everyone to enrol online where possible. You can enrol for most courses online and where this is not possible, such as where you need to complete a pre-course assessment, the system will tell you what the next steps are.
Where a fee is payable you will be asked to use Worldpay to make your payment.
In some cases you may be asked to contact the College to complete your enrolment.
You will receive an email confirmation of your enrolment and a payment receipt.
If you are unable to enrol online, you may enrol in person at our main building on Crowndale Road. To avoid lengthy waiting times, please contact us in advance to make an appointment. You can do this by email: email@example.com, telephone: 020 7255 4700 or via the live chat option on the website. The Learner Services team will provide you with all the support you need.
For more information about how to find us and our opening hours please go to our contact page.
Please see our payment section for more information on what you will need to bring with you.
Once your enrolment is processed, we will take your photograph and issue you with an ID card, which you will need to wear at all times when you are in the College. If you enrol online, you will need to visit the College on or before the date of your first class to collect your ID card.
If you require more information, please contact our Learner Services team by email at firstname.lastname@example.org or by telephone on: 020 7255 4700.
