Certificate in Principles of Customer Service Level 2

If you work or intend to work in a customer service environment, this qualification is for you. You will gain the knowledge and understanding of the principles and practices that underpin effective customer service. You will also focus on the interpersonal skills that are crucial to work in a customer service environment, including direct or indirect contact with external or internal customers.
