Strong GCSE results at WM College

On Thursday 20 August, learners at WM College received their GCSE results, marking an important milestone in their learning journey. Their hard work has paid off, with strong results in both English and Maths placing WM College above national rates for learners aged 20 and over.

This year, 68% of WM College learners achieved a grade 4 or above in GCSE English, compared with 29.6% nationally for learners aged 20 and over. In GCSE Maths, 39% of WM College learners achieved a grade 4 or above, also above the national rate of 32.5% for learners aged 20 and over.

These results reflect the hard work and commitment of our learners, alongside the support and dedication of our teaching teams. They also highlight the effectiveness of the tailored support and teaching strategies provided at WM College.
