We are looking for an HR & Systems Administrator to manage all HR aspects of the College’s new HR and Payroll software (iTrent). This new role will support the HR Manager in the initial implementation and will then have the responsibility to manage and embed the system, working with colleagues across the College.
An HR professional, you will need to have a strong knowledge of HR policy and processes, ideally together with a high level understanding of payroll processes and current experience of working with iTrent Electric. You will use your excellent communication skills and experience of working collaboratively with colleagues to translate technology systems issues into simple language and clear user guides. The role requires you to prepare and write system reports to support line managers and the HR Manager. You will have responsibility for recruitment administration and on-boarding new starters to the College and will lead on the implementation of the Recruitment module in iTrent.
