Find your balance - Feldenkrais workshop
A workshop for those with some experience exploring a specific aspect of Feldenkrais practice. Balance is essential to almost everything we do. Even the simplest activities require us being able to balance while in motion. Over time, our balance can become diminished for many reasons, and Feldenkrais practice can help. This workshop consists of two Feldenkrais Awareness Through Movement (ATM) lessons that focus on improving balance when upright.
