Computer Aided Design

AutoCAD 1: Beginners

This course will introduce you to AutoCAD which is an industry standard Computer Aided Design software. You will learn the basics of 2D drafting, annotation, drawing set up and management through several guided projects. This course is suitable for anyone looking to work or currently working in the Architecture, Interior Design, Furniture, Product Design, Engineering or Construction sector. Students that currently study on an Interior Design/ Architecture/ Product Design etc. may find this a good addition to their skill set.

AutoCAD 4: Project and SketchUp 3D Modelling

This course is suitable for anyone looking to work or currently working in the Architecture, Interior Design, Furniture, Product Design, Engineering or Construction sector. Students that currently study on an Interior Design/ Architecture/ Product Design course etc. may also find this a good addition to their skill set. Students should have good basic 2D knowledge of AutoCAD and some experience with SketchUp.
This course builds on the AutoCAD 2016 intermediate 2D and SketchUp introduction course and is aimed at students who wish to practice and develop their skills further. Both programs are widely used in the industry and advancing your skills in this area may be crucial for employment in the design industry.

AutoCAD: Intensive Introduction

This course will introduce you to AutoCAD 2016 a widely used industry standard Computer Aided Design software. You will learn the basics of 2D drafting, annotation, drawing set up and layout setup for printing through a series of exercises and guided projects. This course is suitable for anyone looking to work or currently working in the Architecture, Interior Design, Furniture, Product Design, Engineering or Construction sector. Students that currently study on an Interior Design/ Architecture/ Product Design etc. may find this a good addition to their skill set.
