Mind, Body and Voice will focus on relaxation, stretching, breathing, and mindfulness. It will show you how to relax and release tensions through exercises that help control the breathing, regain the focus on the link between body and mind and help to enhance mindfulness. The session will also focus on using sound and voice to support the exercises, including singing melodies that will help in exploring the potential of our vocal skills.
The course has no specific requirements and offers individuals the opportunity to engage in a variety of relaxation, stretching, breathing, and vocal (singing) activities to support individual wellbeing. You will also be expected to complete an Individual Learning Plan to help support your progress.
