Invitation to bid for items for disposal by WMC – The Camden College – Hair and Beauty Salon Assets
WMC – The Camden College is seeking to dispose of assets from its Hair and Beauty Salon by inviting bidders to submit sealed bids for the assets detailed in the attached spreadsheet and with accompany photographs.
How to bid for assets
Sealed bids should be submitted to Lisa Potter – Assistant Principal – Operations by 17:00 on 18 July.
Detail the price you are bidding against the assets listed in the documents below. Please also include in your sealed bid your invoicing arrangements.
How will I know if we have been successful?
The successful bidder will be notified by the 20 July 2018 and will be required to collect the items for which they have been successful by 16:00 on 27 July. Payment will be required prior to the release of assets.
What are the success criteria?
The evaluation of bids will be based on a single criterion, which is price, with the highest priced bid being the successful bid.
Bids not for the entire asset list will be considered. Assets are sold on an as seen basis. The College reserves the right to withdraw the items for sale, at its absolute discretion, if it deems none of the bids to be suitable or for any other reason.
