Would you like to make a difference? We are recruiting new Governors for our Board

WM College was established in 1854 and is the oldest surviving educational institute in Europe. Our early supporters included Dante Gabriel Rossetti, John Ruskin, Octavia Hill and FD Maurice.  

Their vision to help adults reach their potential with inspirational teaching for the local community without any form of discrimination is as important today as it was then.  

We have a dedicated and skilled Board of Governors, all volunteers, who are passionate and committed to ensuring that the legacy stays strong and that, as a college, we can grow, develop and adapt to the needs of our communities and provide at least another 170 years of great learning. 

Whether you are an experienced trustee or this is your first non-executive role, we would love to hear from you. 

Strategic thinking, good judgement, and a willingness to learn are the main attributes we’re looking for. What matters to us most is that you can bring a fresh perspective, ask the right questions, and that you are committed to helping us ensure decisions are made in the best interests of the college and our community.
