Daytime & Evening Pilates and Exercise Courses
For those who want to develop muscle strength and general fitness and wellbeing, it is a form of exercise suitable for all ages. Through mat work you will learn various exercises that will help you
to develop muscular control and body alignment. Over time your body awareness increases and posture and muscle tone improves.
This course is suitable for beginners and people with some yoga experience who would like to improve and refine their practice. You will learn physical postures to improve strength, flexibility, posture and balance, as well as breathing and meditation techniques to promote mental calm and relaxation. The course includes an introduction to mindfulness which can enhance your concentration, mental focus and general well-being.
