Daytime & Evening Courses in Business and Medical Administration

 

Working in Administration Level 1

This course is ideal if you want to take the first steps towards a career in business administration or an office environment but need to develop your confidence, IT skills, spoken and written English skills.

This course has been designed to develop a range of skills that reflect the work of administration staff across a wide range of industries and types of organisation.

Business Administration Certificate Level 2

If you aspire to work in a business and administration role, this is the course for you.

You will improve your knowledge of business administration tasks across a variety of work environments and sectors. You will learn how to work with others, how to manage and improve your own work in a business environment as well as how to complete core administrative tasks and provide effective customer service.

Medical Administration Certificate Level 2

This qualification will prepare you to work in the field of medical administration. It has been developed in partnership with AMSPAR (The Association of Medical Secretaries, Practice Managers, Administrators and Receptionists).

With a certificate in medical administration you can start or develop your career as a medical administrator or secretary, helping patients and providing vital support for doctors and other healthcare professionals. You will gain particular knowledge of medical terminology and data protection essential to working in this field.
