150th Year Appeal

The WMC 150th Year £1,000,000 Appeal

Working Men’s College is dedicated to widening access to education for all, and to providing opportunities for lifelong learning for the diverse range of London adults who may not be able to study full time, particularly those who have missed out on their initial education.

We are determined to ensure that no student is prevented from learning by financial difficulty. This means more fundraising for WMC hardship funds as for the last 5 years our government grant has not been increased, even for inflation.

If you would like to donate to the hardship funds, you can use the enrolment form or the Gift Aid form in the Prospectus. Remember to complete the gift aid section if you are a UK taxpayer. You can also help by supporting or leading any of our fundraising activities.

Your support for our appeal is vital. The more we can raise, the more we can continue to provide students with free and subsidised adult education. Please help in any way you can.

If you would like to lead or help with fundraising, or if you know past students or staff who would, please contact the Principal or email
