SFA Learner Views Survey

Working Men’s College is taking part in the Skills Funding Agency Learner Views Survey in 2013

Take part – we need your views!

What’s it all about?

What are your views of your learning experience at WMC? Now’s your chance to have your say – your views matter!

The Learner Views Survey starts on 16 April 2013 and runs until 31 May. You can express what you think about the quality of teaching and your satisfaction with your learning experience, the support you are given and
how you are treated.

How do I take part?

It’s an online survey. You can take it in class, in the College Learning Centre or on any computer with Internet access.  You can access the Survey at any time during the survey period. You will need to enter the College code number 10007636, and your personal learner number from your ID card.

Do my views count?

Your views are essential! Please use this opportunity to feed back your comments about your learning experience to the body that funds your learning. Your views will be used to generate a measure of the performance of Working Men's College which can be compared against other colleges and providers in England. This rating will help us to see how well we are doing compared with other organisations and to respond accordingly.

What happens when the Survey is finished?

We will be sent the results and we will share them with you. In future years, the survey results will be made public. It is hoped that the results will help learners like you make more informed decisions about where they want to study.

Is the data safe?

Yes. All the research work is undertaken by the research companies Ipsos MORI and RCU and is
carried out in accordance with the Data Protection Act 1998 and guidelines agreed by the
Market Research Society.
