How to do the Ofsted Learner View survey

Ofsted, the government inspectors, have asked us to ask you to log onto their website and complete their short survey. You will need an email address to log into their website and complete the survey.

Please follow the instructions below on how register to do the survey or download the document at the bottom of this page for additionnal information on how to complete it.

Step 1: Once the Learner View website, click on the orange button that says 'Give your view now'

Step 2: Register / log in page

If you are not already registered, click on the blue link 'Register now'

Step 3: You are now on the 'register on learner view' page.

Enter your email address in the required fields, answer the couple of questions below and click on the pink button 'Confirm now'

Step 4: A message on a pink background at on top of the page informs you that an email has been sent to your email account. You now need to get into your email account, open the email Ofsted sent you and note the temporary password showing in the email.

Step 5: Go back to the Ofsted Learner log-in page http://learnerview.ofsted.gov.uk/login?destination=give-your-views  and enter your email address and temporary password in the required fields and click on the pink button 'Log in'.

Step 6: You are now on the 'Search for your learning provider' page

The easiest way to find Working Men's College is to enter the word 'working' in the field below 'Name or URN of your provider'

and click on the pink button 'Search'

Step 7: You are now on the 'Search Results' page

Click on 'Working Men's College', the fifth blue link down the list 

Step 8: You are now on a page that says that you have chosen Working Men's College as your provider. You are nearly there!

Click on yes to answer the question: 'Is this the first time you have filled in a Learner View questionnaire for this provider this year?

Tick the box to confirm 'I have read and understood the Terms of use of Learner View

Tick the box to confrm 'I am a learner attending this further education and skills provider'

Click on CONTINUE. Congratulations! You can now start the survey. Thank you for your support.
