How To Enrol at WMC
So easy to enrol
First come, first enrolled
Enrolling starts as soon as the new courses hit our website. Once a class is full, we will put you on a waiting list and contact you if a place becomes available.
STEP 1 Get information
Read the full course description on www.wmcollege.ac.uk or ask Student Services. This is so you can make sure the course is right for you. It will also make it clear whether you need specialist adviceor an interview or assessment before we can enrol you.
For more information contact Student Services on 020 7255 4759 / enrol@wmcollege.ac.uk. If you phone at a busy time please leave a message and we will contact you within 2 days. If we are slow or you are unhappy with our service please email principal@wmcollege.ac.uk
STEP 2 Enrol
On Line It is faster and available for any course marked 'enrol online'. Follow the instructions at www.wmcollege.ac.uk/enrol.
By Phone 020 7255 4759/00. We will then send you a summary with the Learning Agreement (which summarises your agreement with the college) for you to sign and return.
Using the Enrolment Form which is at pages 60-62 of the college prospectus, downloadable from www.wmcollege.ac.uk or available at Student Services. Please complete it in full and sign the Learning Agreement (which summarises your agreement with the college).
Then send it to us:
- by fax 020 7383 5561
- by post to WMC, 44 Crowndale Road, London NW11TR
- or in person at WMC's Student Services
Step 3 Pay or show evidence or pay £25 to keep you place
Pay by credit/debit card or, by cheque or in cash (in person only, please do not post cash).
Show evidence if you are claiming a Reduced Fee of your entitlement to a Reduced Fee.
Pay £25 to keep your place if you are claiming a Reduced Fee but you must within 7 days show your evidence of entitlement to a Reduced Fee. If you do not show it within 7 days you will lose your £25 and your place.
STEP 4 Collect your ID & student handbook.YOU ARE ENROLLED!
We will give you an ID card which you will need to carry at all times when you are in the college. We will also give you a Student Handbook which has details of key contacts, college policies &procedures plus a diary and timetable. You will be given this at your first class or you can get one from Student Services.Please note that we reserve the right to refuse an enrolment, to change prices and information and to cancel or close courses including in response to changes in funding and student numbers.
