We can only accept students aged 18 and over on the Foundation Diploma in Art & Design, Fashion Foundation and Media Foundation.
SO EASY TO ENROL
First come, first enrolled
For courses that do not require an assessment, enrolment commences on Monday 27 June 2016.
Enrolment dates for English, Maths and ESOL in September 2016 are:
- Monday 5, Wednesday 7 and Thursday 8 September between 09:00-19:30.
Enrolment dates for Visual Arts in September 2016 are:
- Tuesday 6 and Thursday 8 September between 09:00-19:30.
If you can’t make the above dates, we will also be open on Saturday 10 September between 10:00-15:00.
You can enrol in person at the college or online for some courses.
Enrolment takes place throughout the year with new courses being added where funding allows. Please check our A-Z listing which has full details of all of our courses.
Please enrol early to avoid disappointment. Some of our popular courses fill up quickly and although we will add you to our waiting list, spaces do not always become available in time for you to partake in learning. Please do not wait until the first day of the course to enrol as you may be disappointed. New learners enrolling need to bring a passport as proof of identity and proof of benefits dated within the last 3 months prior to confirming your place.
STEP 1 Get information
Have a look at the course description details which can be found on our website or in our course guide. This will help you choose the right course for you from the many on offer.
The course information sheet contains information about what you will learn on the course, any qualifications you will work towards, the costs and any additional materials you might need to purchase during your course. There will also be information detailing if an interview or assessment is required prior to enrolling. If this is the case, try to book onto an early assessment session. Details can be found here:
For more information contact us by telephone on 020 7255 4759 or by email to: firstname.lastname@example.org. If you phone at a busy time or out of working hours, please leave a short message and your phone number and we will endeavour to call you back within one working day.
STEP 2 Enrol
Either online or in person by visiting one of our centres at Crowndale Road or Kentish Town.
Online www.wmcollege.ac.uk is the fastest method and available for any course marked ‘Enrol’ on our website. Pay the fee online using your credit or debit card. You will receive an email confirmation of your enrolment and a payment receipt within one working day.
In person you can pay your fee by cash, card or cheque. Come along anytime during our Learner Services opening times to enrol on your chosen course(s). Please note that during our peak enrolment periods the Learner Services team will be very busy so please allow extra time in order for the team to deal with your enrolment.
Learners who are seeking support with course fees will need to enrol in person. You will need to bring with you evidence that you are in receipt of benefits. Any form of evidence will need to be up to date and at the very least within the last three months.
Please remember to read and sign all parts of the enrolment form including the Data Protection and Privacy Statement plus the Learning Agreement - both statements can be found on the links on the right hand side.
STEP 3 Collect you ID card & Student Hanbook
Once your enrolment is processed, we will take your photo and give you an ID card which you will need to wear at all times when you are in the College. If you enrol online or by phone, you will need to visit the College on or before the date of your first class to collect an ID card. We will also give you access to a Learner Guide which has details of key contacts.
Congratulations - you are now enrolled!
If you require more information that is not provided in the course guide or on our website, please contact us by email on: email@example.com or by telephone on 020 7255 4759. Please be aware that at peak enrolment times, the lines will be busy and it will not always be possible for us to answer your call as we would wish. If that is the case then please leave a message and your phone number and we will endeavour to call you back within one working day.
Please note that we reserve the right to refuse an enrolment, to change fees or cancel courses in response to funding changes and student numbers.
