Equality and Diversity
Equality of Opportunity at WMC – The Camden College
WMC – The Camden College welcomes women and men, young and old people, people with learning difficulties and disabilities, married, single, gay, transgender and heterosexual people, people from all ethnic groups and any or no religion. At WMC – The Camden College, we know that diversity is a great source of strength and we aim to ensure that everyone feels included.
Single Equality Scheme
The WMC – The Camden College Single Equality Scheme has been completely revised to ensure that it is fully compliant with the 2010 Equality Act. It gives a comprehensive overview of how WMC – The Camden College, in London, ensures that no one is discriminated against on the basis of any of the protected characteristics and how the college promotes equality of opportunity to ensure that all learners and staff are able to achieve their potential.
The Scheme is reviewed annually in June. If you have any comments on Equality and Diversity which you would like us to take into account at the next review, please email the Deputy Principal, Judy Hallam, at: JudyH@wmcollege.ac.uk.
